Attention regarding performance on TFS 2015.2

after upgrading from TFS 2013.4 to TFS 2015.2 we get great problems regarding performance on the TFS data tier, SQL Server consumes 100% CPU continously.
We find out that this was caused by another performance behavior in TFS 2015.2 regarding the build and test API. We tracked it down and found out that about 70% of the overall load on TFS came from (only) 10 BuildScreen installations monitoring the builds for the TFS system.

Workaround: check (and adjust) your refresh rate!
